Larry Smith-Vaniz, Owner/Broker

Larry practiced real estate law in Madison County, Mississippi on a full time basis from 1971– 1999. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1996, Larry entered the brokerage business in 1999 and formed Larry Smith-Vaniz Realty, LLC. Since that time, the firm has facilitated land transactions in the Central and North Mississippi Areas with primary emphasis on agricultural, timber and recreational land sales. As a licensed attorney and licensed real estate broker, Larry provides our clients with unique capabilities and insight regarding real estate contracts and negotiations.

Larry, a longtime advocate for the development of trophy deer programs in the area, is an avid deer and turkey hunter with 25+ years of experience developing quality game management programs for recreational/investment hunting land. T-P Ranch, Cypress Brake Hunting Club and Scotland Hunting Club, all located on the Big Black River in Madison County and Yazoo County, are some of his most successful projects.

Cole DeLong, Broker Associate

A native of Greenville, Mississippi, Cole graduated from The University of Mississippi and then Mississippi College with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Cole lives in Madison, and has worked in sales and marketing for the past 22 years. He is a former co-owner of the direct marketing firm AmeriMail Direct, Inc., is a licensed real estate broker and has earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors® Land Institute.

Cole applies his sales, marketing and business experience in the areas of agricultural, timber and recreational land sales to a life-long affinity for the great outdoors. Cole is an avid turkey, deer and duck hunter.
