Missy Lavender, Sales Associate
A Realtor since 2003, Missy Winters Lavender handles Residential, Hunting/Recreational and Commercial properties. Prior to her real estate career, Missy and her husband, Ken, owned and operated Ratliff Ferry Trading Post on the Pearl River. Missy previously worked at the Governor's Office of Highway Safety as Assistant to Director Donald O'Cain, as well as for Madison County E-911. Missy and Ken are the proud parents of two children. Bill and Virginia Grace. Missy is the daughter of Carolyn and Bobby Winters, a member of First United Methodist Church of Canton and President of the Canton Academy Parents Auxiliary. Her hobbies and interests include hunting, reading, coaching girls fast pitch softball and spending time with her family. The aspect of Missy's job she enjoys most is seeing clients and their families excited about a new home or recreational tract where they will spend family time for years to come. The past five years, Missy has been blessed with wonderful clients, many of which have become great friends. Missy insists that she has one of the most rewarding jobs around. Jon-David joined the company early in 2005. He is a native of Jackson and moved to Madison County in 1995. Prior to joining the company, Jon-David owned and operated an automotive equipment business working primarily with Mississippi vocational schools and municipalities. Jon-David is a member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR), the Mississippi Association of Realtors, and the Jackson Multiple Listing Service. His primary focus is on the marketing and acquisition of commercial and investment properties as well as recreational acreage. |

A native of Greenville, Mississippi, Cole graduated from The University of Mississippi and then Mississippi College with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Cole lives in Madison, and has worked in sales and marketing for the past 22 years. He is a former co-owner of the direct marketing firm AmeriMail Direct, Inc., is a licensed real estate broker and has earned the Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors® Land Institute.
Cole applies his sales, marketing and business experience in the areas of agricultural, timber and recreational land sales to a life-long affinity for the great outdoors. Cole is an avid turkey, deer and duck hunter. |
